Whitecross Solar Plant is a 35.22 MWp project, located at Sleaford, Lincolnshire, and was designed and built for NextEnergy Capital; currently owned by Downing. It is connected at 33 kV, National Grid Electricity Distribution and was energised on 21/07/2023.

The plant comprises of 63,504 JINKO JKM550N-72HL4-BDV 550Wp and JKM555N-72HL4-BDV 555Wp modules and 4 Sungrow 19x SG350HX/6400 kVA Inverter Stations.

Additionally to the EPC works, the connection, ICP works, were also wrapped under GEMEC’s contract on this project.
